Terms of Use

At D&B Imports Canada we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are current, correct and error free. Although we aim to keep this information up to date, including product descriptions, we are not warranted or bound by any such inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping and Delivery

At D&B Imports Canada we strive to make your delivery a positive experience. We take pride in making sure your order arrives to your destination as quickly and safely as possible. Most in stock items are shipped via UPS or Canpar from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada 1-4 days from receipt of your order and should arrive to you within 3-9 business days to most Canadian addresses. Shipping to the USA should arrive within 6-10 business days. Sometimes items ordered may be out of stock. In that case you will be informed and they will not be charged to your invoice. If you have been informed that your order has shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number, name, and phone number. Any product that is lost in shipping will be reshipped without extra cost to you. Shipping and handling charges are subject to applicable taxes. USA customers: D&B Imports Canada will handle and prepare all documents for Customs and Duty.  Duty charges will be paid by D&B Imports Canada.  A Customs charges of $22.25 will be applied to all orders over $400.00.  USA customers are responsible for State taxes if applicable. 

Returns & Exchanges

D&B Imports Canada sells only the highest quality products. We make every effort to assure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition. All items are checked by hand for defects before being shipped. We realize that customers sometimes receive goods that are damaged during shipping so notification must be made to us immediately with invoice number and item description and we will either replace the product or refund your money. If the shipping container is received damaged it must be signed for as damaged. Returned items must be accompanied with a return authorization number and be received by us in unused and perfect saleable condition within 30 days of initial delivery to you. Unless your product is defective or damaged, shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.

We will accept returns only on new, unused and untested merchandise within 30 days of delivery. No refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to D&B Imports Canada due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or the recipient having moved we will contact you immediately. The parcel may then be re-shipped at an additional freight cost or cancelled. *All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable however.* Please check your addresses carefully, paying special attention to street numbers and postal codes. Also, please make sure to provide the recipient's phone number so that we may confirm the address if necessary.

D&B Imports Canada cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered or have been damaged during return shipping. Please make sure all returns are packed securely and insured. Returns from the United States should indicate the contents as "Returned Items" on the Customs Documentation.

Transfer of Goods

The risk in the goods passes to the Buyer on delivery ex-warehouse. Goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as legal and equitable owner until such time as the full purchase price has been paid to the Seller together with all other monies owing by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer acknowledges that he is in possession of the Goods solely as bailee for the Seller until the full purchase price is paid to the Seller with all other monies owing by the Buyer to the Seller. The Seller may, for the purpose of recovery of his Goods, enter upon any premises where the Goods are stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may repossess same. The Seller's terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice.
